Terry J. Mather is a Bachelor's geology graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and has a Masters and Ph.D. (1970) in geology from the University of Colorado (Boulder). He has been continuously active in the industry beginning with Shell (1970) and a number of independents including co-owning his own successful exploration company (1983-1993). Since 1996 (and currently), he has been an Associate at Thomasson Partner Associates, Inc.
