PLAY ACTIVITY HIGHLIGHTS
AVAILABLE PROJECTS

BASIN AND RANGE - Thick mature organic rich shales and large undrilled structures offer enormous potential oil volumes.

CLASSIC CLASTIC ROCKIES BASIN - multiple TCFG potential.

COLORADO - Cretaceous Niobrara with a lay-down 10 MMBO analog field associated with seismically visible shear faulting is a financially attractive opportunity. Leasing is underway.

COLORADO - Leased, seismically defined basement related structure with nearly 2+MMBO smaller analog. Drill ready.

KANSAS - Geochemical, subsurface and geophysical data combine to identify a very large oil project similar to the Ames, Oklahoma meteorite structure. 11,400 acres leased.

NEBRASKA - A Cretaceous multi-objective prospect, similar to 40+ BCFG analog.

NEW YORK - An extension to TPA's active shallow gas project is available. A strong market and TPA's unique knowledge in this high potential area, make this an exceptional project.

RIFT BASIN GAS PLAY - A highly prospective major play in a large basin with an active hydrocarbon (gas) system. Subsurface, seismic and aeromag define huge undrilled structures, and a source, reservoir, seal sequence. Approximately 100,000 acres are assembled.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BASIN - Shallow Cretaceous Sharon Springs and Niobrara formations offer potential for up to 1 TCFG of biogenic gas. 92,000 acres assembled.

SOUTH DAKOTA - A shallow biogenic gas project with multiple structures.

WYOMING - Offset to 1950’s strong oil show well is available. Land in place and ready to drill and drain the reluctant down-dip owner.

WYOMING - 1,904 acres leased of a potential 50,000 acres in the Powder River Basin. Includes a field with five different water-free pays. 3D seismic has proven to be an effective tool in defining productive fracture trends. Negotiating sale.

PROJECTS UNDERWAY

ALABAMA - In the Black Warrior Basin targets include stacked Paleozoic, gas pervasive sandstones, shale gas, and secondary deeper structural carbonate potential.

COLORADO - A TPA client is leasing where 25 shallow structural prospects are based on 1000+ miles of seismic. Targets are Paleozoic, at less than 6000'. Play potential exceeds 100 MMBOE. 16,000 acres in hand.

COLORADO - Approximately 3,000 acres are assembled on a low risk oil and gas prospect, targeting Cretaceous sandstones. Seismic is being acquired.

ILLINOIS - A reef prospect is to be drilled soon. Many more leads await further evaluation. 3D Seismic defines these prospects.

ILLINOIS - Two seismic controlled structures are leased and drill ready in the oil fairway of the Illinois Basin.

MONTANA - 250 mi2 3D siesmic has been shot on 200,000 acre TPA interest lease position. A major shale gas play is being developed.

NEVADA - A shallow, high potential, structural oil prospect based on seismic, subsurface, gravity and geochemistry has been drilled and is being evaluated.

NEW YORK - Drill site has been selected on an Oriskany gas prospect, will drill soon.

NORTH DAKOTA - A very large potential project targets deep Paleozoic reservoirs in the Williston Basin. 15,000 acres are leased. First well is completed successfully. More drilling including Bakken targets is planned.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BASIN - Multiple shallow oil wells to be drilled in soon.

UTAH - A 3-D defined carbonate mound trend is scheduled to be drilled late 2008 or early 2009 in the prolific Paradox Basin.

UTAH - A TPA project near Drunkards Wash Gas Field will be drilled soon. Large potential, shallow gas is expected in these coalbed methane and sandstone targets.

UTAH - Three wells completed in a Uinta Basin Project after the acquisition of 20 mi2 3D. 21,000 acres in the drilling unit. 8 wells planned 2008.

UTAH - Organic-rich Paleozoic shales offer 1 to 3 TCFG potential in a resource play. 75,000 federal acres have been leased. First well is being evaluated and more wells are planned by an industry major.

UTAH - A large company plans to evaluate a multi-TCFG gas project on a block of over 175,000 acres.

HEAVY OIL - Projects are under development in Utah where bitumen recovery processes are being proven up.

WYOMING - A large potential oil project in the Powder River Basin. Several hundred miles of 2D seismic identify drillsites and leads for Dakota and Minnelusa targets.

WYOMING - The Cave Gulch-Waltman Field area, with more than 110 productive wells drilled since 1994 as the result of a TPA generated project, is currently operated by Bill Barrett Corporation. Production in Fort Union, Lance, Meeteetse, Mesaverde, Frontier, Muddy and Lakota ranging in depth from 4,500' to 18,500'. EUR could exceed 1 TCFG.

WYOMING - Field step-out and exploratory Minnelusa prospects are leased. High quality oil with 3 to 10 MMBO potential. Two wells planned for 2008.

WYOMING - Low risk potential for extension and infill of Cretaceous Muddy sandstone gas and oil production is documented with 2D seismic and subsurface control.
